Select Aperitivo was created in 1920 in the heart of Venice at Pilla Distilleries, a place renowned for the art of liquor making. Select is made by carefully blending 30 botanicals, including juniper berries and rhubarb roots and undergoing a careful and complex maceration, boiling and distillation process. Today, Select Aperitivo is recognized as the true icon of the Venetian aperitif.
